The First Coaching Session
The client is interviewed - the coach's aim is to unlock the client's curiosity, his/her secret dreams and wishes, the things that don't work, the things that work. In the first session, the basic disposition of the client becomes obvious and gives the coach the insight into how to approach coaching this client. There are many different ways to coach - the bottom line is that the goal remains the same: promote the change the client truly wants.
The 10-pack
This is the most effective way to go about changing things: during the 10-week session new goals are formulated, a project may be established, additional activities (physical movement, travel, entertainment) can be planned and started in order to heighten positive energy and move out stale and old information.
Individual or Group?
This depends on your wishes, your vision, and your situation. When a company, school, or college approaches studio a we might work with a team, a department or an executive. Sometimes, groups of friends come together to get guidance and support in a project they want to realize. We have group evenings and coach one-on-one.
